Solution

Is there power going to the unit?

• The unit should be plugged into a 115 volt outlet. the unit should be connected into a properly installed and grounded receptacle. Please refer to use and care manual for more information.
• Check the power cord and plug and make sure they are not damaged in anyway.
• Make sure the unit is not connected to an extension cord or power strip, because they provide an unreliable connection and can overheat and be hazardous.

Has there been a recent power outage?

• Check the circuit breaker to make sure it is not tripped to the off position. Use another appliance or circuit tester to verify receptacle has power.

Is the unit plugged into a GFI Outlet?

• If the circuit has a GFCI/AFCI receptacle check that it is not tripped. Reset the outlet if necessary.
