Ovens - What is convection?
Applies to
- Ovens
Solution
The convect feature uses a fan to circulate the oven's heat uniformly around the oven. This improved heat distribution allows for fast, even cooking and browning results.
Convect provides better results when baking on multiple oven racks. Most foods cooked with a bake setting will cook faster and more evenly when using convection features.
Convection is not available on all models.
