Solution
Convection Bake
It is recommended to preheat the oven before baking food such as cookies, biscuits and breads.
You will want to reduce the oven temperature by 25 degrees from the recipe's recommended oven temperature. You can then follow the remainder of the recipe's instructions using the minimum cooking time.
Please reference your Owner’s Manual for recommended rack positions when using multiple racks or for more information.
To set the oven for Convection Bake:
- Arrange the interior racks.
- Turn the oven mode selector to CONVECT BAKE.
- Select the desired oven temperature.
- Once the oven reaches the desired temperature, the oven will sound a chime indicating the food items can be placed in the oven. Convection bake is not available on all models.
