Solution

Is the Steam indicator lit?

• The steam function can be used to perform milk frothing only when the steam indicator is lit

Is the container too big?

• Try using a tall cup or a professional milk frothing pitcher.

What type of milk are you using?

• Skim milk may have been used, for best results use whole or 2% milk.
