Solution
Why is the coffee flowing out too slow?
- There is too much coffee in the filter cup, try removing some of the coffee grounds from the filter cup.
- The coffee is ground to finely and tamped too tightly into the filter cup. Try to tamp the coffee grounds with less force and grind the coffee less finely.
- The filter cup might be blocked. Clean the filter cup with the cleaning pin.
