Solution
Has the unit been installed/set up correctly?
- Make sure the power cord is plugged in.
- Check the fuse box if there was a recent power outage.
- If unit is plugged into a GFI makes sure it doesn't need to be reset.
IF YOU WERE UNABLE TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE
- For units installed within the past 30 days, please refer back to your installer to resolve this issue.
- For units installed after 30 days please contact us to schedule service.
