Gas Range / Cooktops - Burners are not lighting

- Burners not lighting

Solution
Are the control knobs in the correction position?
- Surface control knob is set to the “lite” position.
Are the burner caps positions correctly?
- Burner caps are not missing and are properly seated – Be sure that all burner caps are seated firmly and rest level on top of the burner heads.
Have you cleaned your cooktop or burners recently?
- Make sure your Burner ports are not clogged – You may have some food debris hindering gas flow.
- For proper gas flow it may be necessary to clean the burner head and slots.
IF YOU WERE UNABLE TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE
- For units installed within the past 30 days, please refer back to your installer to resolve this issue.
- For units installed after 30 days please contact us to schedule service.
