Solution

Error Code E2 means water takes too long to drain or is not draining properly.

Troubleshooting

• Check the fuse or circuit breaker.
• Check height of standpipe.
  Note: If the unit was installed or has been moved in the past 30 days, contact the installer.
• Close the lid and press the Start/Pause button. For safety, the washer will not spin unless the lid is closed.
• Straighten kinked drain hose.
• Unclog clogged drain hose.
