Issue

- Pizza is burning
- Oven is smoking
- Overcooked pizza
Applies to
- Stone-Baked Pizza Oven
Solution
Before your first pizza night, your new oven benefits from a moisture burn‑off. To do this, set it to broil (HI) for 15 minutes. Then set it to Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 45 minutes. Some noise or odor is normal during this process.
