Solution
AS - Room temperature thermistor failed
- Please try resetting the unit by unplugging it from the power source for up to 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- If the error code returns after resetting the unit, please contact us for additional support.
ES - Indoor defrost thermistor failure or Humidity sensor failure
- Please try resetting the unit by unplugging it from the power source for up to 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- If the error code returns after resetting the unit, please contact us for additional support.
HS - Air discharge thermistor failed
- Please try resetting the unit by unplugging it from the power source for up to 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- If the error code returns after resetting the unit, please contact us for additional support.
P1 - This indicates the bottom tray is full.
- Carefully move the unit to a drain location, remove the bottom drain plug and let the water drain away.
Note: You may need to tilt or angle the unit in order for the water to drain properly. - Reset the unit by unplugging it from the power source for up to 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- NOTE: If this is the first time turning on your unit for the season the water tray maybe full.
F1 - Freeze protection engaged
- Please try resetting the unit by unplugging it from the power source for up to 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- If the error code returns after resetting the unit, please contact us for additional support.
F2 - Freeze protection
- Allow the unit to defrost for 5 minutes, if the error code returns after resetting the unit, please contact us for additional support.
EC - Communications error
- Please try resetting the unit by unplugging it from the power source for up to 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- If the error code returns after resetting the unit, please contact us for additional support.
LC - Communication error between indoor/outdoor units
- Please try resetting the unit by unplugging it from the power source for up to 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- If the error code returns after resetting the unit, please contact us for additional support.
