Solution
What can cause coffee/espresso have an acidic taste?
- Descaling was not performed correctly, try cleaning the machine as outlined in steps 1-4 in the getting started section.
- The coffee grounds used may have expired, make sure you use fresh coffee grounds for best results.
- NOTE: Make sure you tightly reseal opened coffee and store it in the refrigerator to maintain it's freshness.
