Was the temperature set too high?

• Try reducing the temperature, and extending the cooking time.
  

Was the wire rack in the correct position?

• Try moving the racks closer to the heating element.
  

Did you turn/rotate the food, or shake it?

• By turning/rotating or shaking the food at half the cooking time has passed, can produce better cooking results.
