Air Fryer - Does not turn on or heat up

Issue

• Air Fryer not turning on
• Air Fryer is not heating
• Air Fryer has no power

Solution

Does the unit have power going to it?

• Make sure the power plug is plugged into the outlet.
• If there has been a recent power outage, check the fuse box.
  

Is the safety lock engaged?

• Engage the safety lock.
  

Is the basket or pot in the correct position?

• Remove and replace the basket and pot until they click into place.
  

Has the cooking time been set?

• Set the cooking time, or choose a cooking preset.
