Solution
Electrolux Warranty Corporation (EWC) has transferred its obligations on its service contract portfolio. Your agreement was between you, the purchaser, and EWC.
All existing active service contracts will now be agreements between you, the purchaser, and OnPoint Warranty Solutions LLC, 1400 Main St, Suite 132, Clarksville IN 47129. Frigidaire will continue to administer your contract and the process to obtain service will stay the same.
