Refrigerators - How do I know which water filter I need for my refrigerator?
Applies to
- Refrigerators
- French Door Refrigerators
- Side by Side Refrigerators
- Top Freezer Refrigerators
Solution
When it comes to your water filter, compatible isn’t comparable. Frigidaire Genuine filters offer 3 levels of carbon filtration that trap sediment, chemicals, and harmful impurities. Frigidaire filters are NSF certified, the gold standard in water filtration.
Compatible or look-alike filters aren’t guaranteed to offer the same water quality. It’s always important to use the same filter type that is currently in your refrigerator.
Most Owner’s Manuals will provide you the water filter information specific to your model. You can also visit Filter & Parts and go to “Find Your Water Filter”. If you need more help, please contact us.
