Solution

Does the unit have water going to it?

• Check to make sure the water valves are open and water is running.
• Double check there is nothing blocking the water valve.
• Check to make sure the water supply line is not pinched or restricted.

Have you tried to reset the unit?

• Unplug the unit if power cord is reachable (wait 3 minutes before plugging back in)
• Shut off the breaker (wait 3 minutes before turning back on)
